Sturm can be used in conjunction with a powerful support weapon called the Drang, whose kills increase the precision damage dealt with the Sturm. To get this particular weapon, you will have to proceed as follows:

1. Complete the Nessus quest called Oh Captain
2. Once the letter is obtained, the three phases of the quest will start 

PHASE 1

In the first phase you will have to complete 3 tasks, decipher 10 legendary engrams, decipher an exotic engram and kill 10 fallen enemies with the Drang. To complete this last request, go around the area of ​​Exodus Nero where you will find the AI ​​Failsafe.
