Genshin Impact: Lost in the Snow Quest guide - The shadows deepen

A new mission is now available for the brand new Genshin Impact event, Lost in the Snow. This quest will continue the story of the mysterious Albedo impostor as you track down the being as you explore Dragonspine.

The research begins by returning to the Albedo laboratory. After reaching it, you will investigate a noise in the distance. You will find that Eula, Bennett and Amber have been gripped by bad luck and stuck in an avalanche for a few days.

Recovering from this event, you will return to the Albedo campsite and wait for the next day. You can change the time manually by going to the menu, clicking on the clock on the left and setting the time to 18:00 the next day. Dinner will be ready, so start the fire with a Pyro skill.

You will watch some funny footage as the crew eats dinner. Paimon requires a painting, so go to the indicated place, where you will see another funny scene. Soon after, the day will advance and a great avalanche will separate you into two parts: Albedo and Bennett in one, and the rest in the other. The first falls off the cliff, then go down to look for them.

You find yourself with Bennett, but Albedo is acting weird. As you walk alongside him, you will notice that Albedo has changed. Realizing that he is the imposter, you and the original Albedo fight the imposter, who transforms into his true form: an extremely mutated Cryo Whopperflower.

Defeat the Whopperflower and you will soon complete the mission. You'll also unlock the chance to fight the Whopperflower and earn some extra rewards for the event.
