Genshin Impact: Shadow of the Ancients Phase 1 Guide

A new Genshin Impact event has arrived and this time you are investigating the presence of a strange Ruin Grader. When starting the game, you will receive a new mission from Kathyrine in Inazuma. Talk to her and she will send you to a place where you will find a great Ruin Grader.

There is nothing special about the Ruin Grader, other than the fact that it can resurrect after defeat. You just have to beat him once and then go back to Kathyrine. She will send you to another NPC and once you talk to him you will receive the event item you need to proceed. Ayesha's Prospect of Chaos is usable in certain event areas, where you will need to look for investigation targets.

After using an Ayesha Chaos Prospector, it will automatically scan an area. If he discovers a target, he will mark his positions. However, if the target is not in his AoE, it will point to his position instead. There are about four detection points per area where you can find an exquisite chest, a crowd of enemies, an altar, or the item you need - a conduction component.

The locations aren't random, so here's where you can find each conducting component.
