Grand Theft Auto IV GTA 4 Thirteenth Part Walkthrough (XBOX 360)

Thirteenth Mission - "Uncle Vlad" (Roman)  
Go to the taxi stand and you will find Roman, who is drinking alone. You will quickly understand that something has happened. In fact, it seems that Roman saw Vlad's car in front of Mallorie's house the other day, and suspects that something has happened between them. In addition to this, Niko seems to have suspicions too, fueling Roman's ire. Ultimately, Niko decides to do something about it, and the two men leave the office to get into Roman's cab. Once in the taxi, follow the short route that the GPS has indicated on your HUD. It will take you to a bar called Comrades Bar, a Russian hangout. Roman will continually try to dissuade you from doing anything foolish, but Niko won't listen to him! Upon your arrival, Niko will enter the front door and Roman will follow him. Roman will try to cool down again, but Vlad doesn't seem too happy with your arrival, and as he exits the club, some of his henchmen will swoop down on you. You already know what to do. Confronting these two dudes can be a bit challenging if you don't own a firearm. If you don't have it, try using a knife (or your fists as a last resort), and deal with them one at a time. If you have a firearm, however, this fight will be much, much easier. Simply hold your gun on one of the enemies, open fire from a distance, and then do the same with the other. Once both are killed, you will be informed on the screen that Vlad is fleeing. It's time to start the chase! Run out the back door (or through the front door if it's closer) and get into your car. Roman will be waiting for you already sitting in the passenger seat, so you don't need to wait for him. Once in the car, he begins to follow the rapid evolution of the red dot on your HUD. This represents Vlad making his escape in his vehicle. He's pretty fast, so keeping up with him won't be that easy, but his final destination is easy enough to reach if you just want to wait for him upon arrival. He is heading towards the harbor on the west side of the neighborhood, between the Algonquin-Dukes Expressway and the Algonquin Bridge. When you reach this area Vlad will jump out of his car and continue his escape on foot towards the edge of the dock. So, he keeps following the red dot on your HUD to this place, the hunt won't last very long. As soon as you get there, a series of cutscenes starring Vlad and Niko will begin. The scene will end with Vlad's murder (you will be able to use a special execution, just follow the directions on the screen). Then Roman will appear on the scene and go wild for what you just did. After a short conversation, you will learn why Niko really came to Liberty City. Finally Niko will throw the body into the river, and the mission will end.
