What is blind fire in Call of Duty: Vanguard?

Call of Duty: Vanguard features the most destructible environments the series has ever seen. Usually, these games focus more on run-and-gun combat than taking cover and using it to your advantage, but Vanguard is taking a slightly different approach. While the cover you take can be smashed and destroyed if it requires too much fire, you can use it to your advantage using the all-new blind fire.

Blind Fire is a new feature introduced in Call of Duty: Vanguard that works in conjunction with mounted fire. To use it, you will run to cover and essentially shoot without putting yourself in danger. Of course, the trade-off here is that your accuracy will be greatly affected, but you can put out some fire with much less risk of getting caught.

When you use blind fire, you can somehow see what you are shooting at, but the emphasis here is that you are simply throwing your gun and firing in one direction to protect yourself. While you are shooting blind, you can move along the cover you are using and switch to a mounted firing position to improve your accuracy, but you will be more exposed.

Blind fire will be very useful when an enemy is close to you. You can hide behind cover, protecting yourself while continuing to damage them. Just pay attention to your hips. Anyone who comes alongside or behind you will easily kill you.
