If you are venturing into Darksiders 3, you have surely already consulted our guides How to improve weapons with engravings, How to improve the equipment of Fury and How to improve and upgrade Fury.

There are 4 ways to power up and improve Fury, in this article we will see the last method, that is the 4 skills that can be obtained by defeating the deadly sins. 

Darksiders 3: Skills and Deadly Sins

During the adventure you will come across the 7 deadly sins, by defeating some of them you will be rewarded with different skills for a total of 4. Before continuing we warn you that the following text contains some Spoiler.

The order with in the you will face i sins is the following:

• Envy
• Ira
• Acedia
• Avarice
• Lussuria
• Gola
• Pride

By defeating 4 of them you will receive the following abilities or transformations:

• Fire: Allows you to reach areas above elevated with the loaded jump, walk on lava, or set fire to the cobwebs
• Lightning: Allows you to use air currents to glide or operate switches
• Acqua: Allows you to walk underwater as well as break purple water obstacles with the hammer and use the rock walls to continue with the rock transformation
• Stasi: Allows you to walk on water, freeze obstacles and enemies, and use walls to climb

Of course, each transformation comes with a different weapon that you can upgrade at the blacksmith. If you want to make sure you explore all there is to see, you must first obtain the 4 transformations, then defeat the first 6 sins.

Once you have defeated the sins of Envy a Throat, you can explore any location in the various scenarios, as you will have the opportunity to reach areas above elevated, walk on water, walk underwater and break all sorts of obstacles as well as climb the walls.

If you have reached the lair of the angels and defeated them, you will surely have received a celestial weapon, which allows you to hit enemies and obstacles in the distance, the aforementioned weapon adapts according to the transformation, you can therefore use it to pull down the purple or reddish balls, where inside you will find objects of various kinds.

To change the transformation you have to press the following combinations:

• RB + Y : Fulmini
• RB + B = Fire
• RB + A = Water
• RB + X = Stasi
• RB = keep it pressed to return to normal 

Of course if you play from PS4 you will have to press the corresponding keys on the Dual Shock 4.  Transformations do not consume any energy bar, you can use them indefinitely, so if you are faced with the following obstacles you can overcome them with the corresponding power:

• Highlands or cobwebs: Fire
• Air currents: Lightning
• Violet water blocks or rocky paths: Acqua
• Water or white walls: Stasi
