After completing a number of primary missions, return to thecamp, you will find Dutch waiting for you, who will tell you that there is a need to free 2 companions of the gang, one of them will reward you with the double holster.

Go to the lower part of the map, adding a marker on the yellow icon with the letters LS, here you will find one of the two companions to free, then:

1. Talk to the sheriff (sleep in the nearby hotel for $ 1 if it's night)
2. Approach the cell where the gang member is imprisoned, it is located next to the building where you spoke to the sheriff, on the left.
3. Interact with the hook that you find behind you (after talking to the imprisoned friend) and connect it to the cell
4. Pull the lever to free your friend and start a shooting 

Once you have escaped on horseback and sowed the law, your friend will reward you with the double holster.
