The best Caldera release locations in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific

Unlike most battle royales, Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific contains main locations that are all quite far from each other. Therefore, it is incredibly important to enter locations that have enough weapons and equipment for the entire squad before traversing the driest areas of the Caldera map. While each of the 15 named locations is home to a ton of respectable loot and weapons, there are only five that are really worth entering.

airfield

While this list isn't in any specific order, the airport is definitely one of the best places to land considering it is home to most of the map's fighter jets. There are tons of buildings to hunt for loot here, but the main focus should be on the airport's three-story headquarters. You will discover a series of rare orange supply crates inside where the high-level guns will most likely spawn.

Capital

Remembering the location in the center of Verdansk, Capital features numerous large buildings and monuments, such as the police station, the theater, the marina and of course the main building of the capital. With all these groupings in the same POI, it's safe to say that Capital holds more loot than any other location. Also, like Downtown, it is home to numerous tall rooftops that give sharpshooters a dangerous edge.

docks

One cannot help but think that Dock is the offspring of the Verdansk Salt Mine location, due to the high-value loot in such small two-story structures. However, what makes Docks unique and a must-see area is the huge dome that sits near the water's edge. At the top level of this building, squads are sure to discover at least three or four rare project weapons and a lot of cash for a dropout or even two.

Peak

Without a doubt, Peak is the best place any team should enter. It is home to the gigantic volcano that dominates the entire map and has more legendary weapon designs than we can count. Most of the area may seem desolate, but make your way to the long peak structure building to discover over 20 loot, contracts, and shield plates.

Secondary pen

With Sub Pen having a low amount of buildings, this is one of the safest and most underrated drop spots in Caldera. Its underwater base is the big building in the game; hence, there is a large number of rooms to loot. However, head to the first floor where the submarines are supposed to be, as many rare or legendary weapons will be found around this area.
