Once you have the armor, taking on the guardians is a breeze, the simplest method is to attack them with heavy weapons or using powerful bows from a distance. As soon as you meet a guardian he will start shooting at you within 5 seconds, if you wear the ancient armor you will be able to survive, as long as you have naturally upgraded it. So make the parry in front of the guardian with the shield raised.
