When you go to the card shop you will find a password machine. To use it you will need to complete expert tournament, have 1000 KC and have the cards you want. After you have fulfilled these requirements the passwords will be obtained in the lower left corner. Ra:
You will have to progress through the game until you get Marik. After you duel with him and have either Slifer or Obelisk in your deck, he will ask you to trade them for his Ra.
