Players can now access the mysterious bunker in Call of Duty Warzone mode. The mysterious bunkers showed up a while ago, and after the 1.21 update for the game, released on May 19th, you can now access them to learn the secrets inside. However, you cannot simply know the location of the bunker. A red access card is required to access.
Red access keycards aren't too hard to spot. You can find them in one of two ways. The simplest method is to find them around the game inside orange (legendary) crates and other loot crates. You will likely encounter them as you find yourself plundering an area and can put it in your inventory for safekeeping. The alternative method is to kill an enemy player and take him from their body after they fall. Both are solid methods of finding one, but the latter requires another player to have them initially. You're probably much better off attempting to loot them from the crates rather than grab them from another player.
After obtaining the red key card, now you need to locate a bunker on the Warzone map. There are 11 in total, and here are their locations:
- One is northwest of the military base and another to the south.
- East of the quarry
- Two are northeast of the stadium
- One is northeast of the prison and one of the most famous places
- One is south of the park
- One is southwest of the Boneyard
- Two are southwest of Storage Town
- One is southeast of the dam
Unfortunately, finding one of the red access keycards and then getting to one of these bunker locations is relatively subtle. It is extremely rare to find one of these keys, and even more difficult to keep one and get to the bunker. If you do, though, there's a ton of loot available for grabbing. Inside you'll find an array of brightly colored crates, filled with useful equipment for you and your teammates to add to your load.
The risks of opening these bunkers are significant, but the rewards are equally high. However, this is probably only the first step. Other players have already noticed that there is another door inside the locked bunker, and they have yet to find a way to open it. The door may contain new secrets about future Warzone content, and the door opening may be released in a future update.
