Simply reach it by walking or running. Walk to the station and then follow the directions that appear on the screen to reach the central platform, where you will wait for the train you need to catch. Once the train arrives take it, you will get off at the first stop which corresponds to an area of the neighborhood called Steinway. This is where you'll find the vehicle you need to steal, a silver-colored Blista Compact. Nearby Yorktown Avenue will be your destination. It's a dead end street north of the station, and it's fairly easy to spot, particularly thanks to the blue dot on your HUD that represents its location. Approach the car and you will see a guy cleaning it. As soon as you get close to the car Niko will automatically start talking to him, and then he and his friend will confront you even if you don't immediately try to get hold of the vehicle. Eliminate the two and then get on the machine, or use the same machine to take them out by ironing them. After eliminating them take the way back to the bar. Anyway Vlad will call you almost immediately and when Niko informs him that the car is dirty he orders him to go wash it before returning. The GPS on your HUD will be redirected to the nearest car wash where you can make the car clean to Vlad's satisfaction.
