Since Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific's Vanguard Royale mode only allows weapons used primarily in WWII, not knowing which weapons with Vanguard are worth picking up in battle royal is extremely detrimental to your success. Some of these have already made a name for themselves in Vanguard multiplayer, but other lesser-known weapons have certainly found the spotlight in Warzone Pacific. Regardless of which class of weapons you prefer, here is the best of all six.
Best AR Vanguard: STG 44
Not surprising Vanguard fans, the STG44 is arguably the best option when looking for an assault rifle in battle royale. While its rate of fire isn't as fast as the AS44, the STG44's range and damage shouldn't be underestimated. With this weapon at hand, expect to knock down enemies with just five or six well-placed shots, regardless of distance.
Best avant-garde machine gun: PPSH-41
While its damage is far less than the rest of its group, the PPSH-41's rate of fire and mobility turn close-range shooters into Warzone winners. By itself, the basic weapon is already of a better level than most of any class. But, when accessories are provided that aid its range and accuracy, the gun is arguably the best in the game.
Best Vanguard Rifle: Gracey Auto
To be sure, we don't recommend having a shotgun as your main one, as Caldera is built for medium to long range gun play. However, a great secondary to have when using the Overkill perk is Gracey Auto. The shotgun has a fantastic spread, allowing you to break the armor of multiple enemies with a single shot. When the fighting becomes close and personal, expect Gracey Auto to take down an enemy in just two or three hits.
Best Vanguard Machine Gun: DP27
Even without accessories, the DP27 is one of the deadliest weapons you should pick up from loot. The LMG provides the most damage of all other Vanguard guns in its class, and its range goes so far that it should probably be nerfed. It will take a number of accessories to increase its poor accuracy, but even the basic pistol is one of the few that alone can lead you to victory.
Best Vanguard Marksman Rifle: SVT-40
The selection of the Vanguard Marksman Rifle is significantly reduced, but that doesn't mean the category should be ignored entirely. Most of these impress us, but the SVT-40's rate of fire and mobility place it as the number one marksman rifle to use in Vanguard Royale. When built correctly, this long-range weapon can break armor with one hit and completely annihilate an enemy with two more after.
Best Vanguard Sniper Rifle: 3 Line Rifle
Snipers in Caldera are certainly not as powerful as they were in Verdansk. It doesn't matter, someone used to firing headshots from a distance should lean towards the 3-line shotgun. The weapon typically can't take down an enemy in one shot, but considering it has the best range of all Vanguard guns, it should put an end to all wounded opponents in your sight.
