Honaki Impact fans are agitated as rumors of Fu Hua's arrival at Genshin Impact seem to be sweeping through the community. The origin of the rumors are some leaked scenes from an upcoming event called Moonchase Festival which is coming to Genshn Impact soon.
Included in the leaked footage is the introduction of a new character called Yelan, a new character who hasn't been mentioned in Genshin Impact before. Hawk-eyed fans have noticed an obvious similarity in the looks between Yelan and Fu Hua.
Yelan also has weapons, which means he could become a playable character sooner or later. At the moment, this appears to be a nod to Honkai Impact rather than an actual case of bringing Fu Hua to Genshin Impact, although it's hard to be sure.
Since Fishcl was added to Honkai Impact, there is no reason to think that developer miHoYo would feel the need to change Hu Hua's name if they brought her to Genshin. Instead, it looks like the character may have only acted as a visual inspiration for Yelan. We expect that in a future announcement, miHoYo will clarify the matter, but for now it doesn't really look like Fu Hua will make it to Genshin Impact.
