After having therefore exclusively paid homage to PlayStation 3 users of thethe multiplayer beta which took place in early September - here you can read our full preview of a Let's Play video - Ubisoft announces great bonus content for this new chapter in the series. All the Bluray copies and therefore only the PlayStation 3 copies, will contain in addition to the latest adventure by Ezio Auditore, also the first chapter of the series in which we played wearing so much the clothes of Desmond Miles as much as those of Altair Ibn La-Ahad, Assassin who became protagonist during the Third Crusade.

To all this then, as a simple side news, Ubisoft added that Jesper Kyd, already author of the music for over forty video games and a little less films and television series, as well as author of the soundtracks of all the chapters of the series, he will be the author of the soundtrack again, accompanied this year by the work of Lorne Balfe, co-author of over a hundred productions including video games, films and TV series.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations - Reveal the settings

We are pleased to inform you that in the past few hours Game Informer has revealed the main ones settings in which Ezio Auditore's adventures in Assassin's Creed: Revelations will take place: Rhodes, Masyaf, Constantinople and Cappadocia. Assassin's Creed Revelations The first scenes of the new chapter of the franchise will be set in Masyaf, fortress of the Assassins in which, as you will remember, the first chapter of the series was set with Altair. Ezio after going to Masyaf to retrieve some texts on the order will discover that the city is in the hands of the Templars. Much of the adventure, however, will take place in Constantinople, a vast city that develops between Europe and Asia. At that time Constantinople controlled by the Ottoman Empire, was the hub of trade for this reason. Europeans often reached it to do their business.  During his journey Ezio will be able to reach the Cappadocia to discover a secret kept by the Templars in the basement of the city. Finally, the island of Rhodes is also indicated as a location, but in this case the setting will be used only for the multiplayer mode of the title.
That's it for now but stay tuned for further developments.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations with new weapons and three playable characters!

The magazine Gameinformer detailed one of the most anticipated titles despite its announcement dates back to a few days ago. We are talking about Assassin's Creed: Revelations, the title it should conclude the trilogy of the Ubisoft saga dedicated to the charismatic Ezio Auditore!

Assassin's Creed Revelations

Here are all the new details in this handy list to find out what new features await you in the new title Ubisoft.

  • Ezio's mission will be to retrieve "seals" to relive Altair's past, as Desmond relives Ezio's past via the Animus.
  • Most of the game takes place in Constantinople, in its four districts (Constantin, Beyazid, Imperial and Galata). Among other settings also in Cappadocia, Turkey.
  • Ezio has aged. Apparently he will be over 50!
  • A new weapon, the "hookblade”(Hook blade) can be used for move between the roofs of the city and hit enemies from a distance.
  • The controls will change. Circle / B will be used for the hookblade while Triangle / Y will control bullets and bombs.
  • It will be introduced a bomb making system that can be used to produce up to 300 different types of explosive tools.
  • The Eye of the Eagle will become the Sense of the Eagle and it will work differently. Once activated it will show the path taken by a certain character and approximate its future position, so that we can set a trap where we think a certain character will pass.
  • The Borgia Towers system will be maintained with the Assassin's Den. We will be able to conquer the Covi, making the guards in the surrounding areas neutral. A conquered Lair can be attacked by enemies and it will be up to us to pick up the situation either personally or by sending our Assassins into the field.
  • The sub-missions will be eliminated in favor of a dynamic system. If we see a theft on the street, we can decide to help the robbed by catching the thief.
  • Motion Capture of facial expressions will be used, along with classic 3D animations, for a result comparable to Rockstar's LA Noire.
  • A new feature of the Animus, "Black Room", will allow relive the personal memories of Desmond's life. Desmond will be playable in missions that will make extensive use of puzzles and riddles to solve.
  • Multiplayer will return and this time we can customize our character also in the visual aspect. There will also be the possibility of create Guilds and the narrative sector for multiplayer will not be underestimated.

With these premises, Revelations seems to be an experience to try at all costs right now, and our interest in this must-have can only be skyrocketing!

Altair torna in Assassin’s Creed: Revelations?

Un new Teaser was published by Ubisoft from the site (to be shared to get new details on the game) dedicated toAssassin's Creed: Revelations just revealed.
It is a very short video, but let's see if you can catch the hidden messages!

Haven't you seen anything in particular? but yet there are some small clues that give rise to some probable hypothesis about the future of the Ubisoft series.

First of all, the clearest element, the fortress visible for the entire duration of the video on the left, which closely resembles the Assassin's Lair seen in the first Assassin's Creed, together with an arm with the classic Hidden Blade.

This is followed by the appearance, first distorted, and then much clearer, of a disc that many seem to identify with the Phaistos Disc, an archaeological find found in the homonymous city of the island of Crete and still preserved in the Mediterranean island.

And, very well marked, but essential for us Westerners, are the Arabic letters that appear occasionally, which according to some would correspond to the words "Altair, nobody's son".

What follows from this? A track is already well defined. Revelations could bring us back as Altair, just as Brotherhood did with Ezio. Maybe we will wander between again Jerusalem and neighboring cities, but the Phaistos Disc suggests a different setting, perhaps Hellenic. And the sentences in Arabic, confirming Altair as the protagonist, could portend that the title will be all about a great revelation. Perhaps that of the identity of Altair's father?

There are many possibilities, but one thing is certain. Only a new chapter in the Assassin's Creed series could be so interesting from the release of a very first teaser!

Stay connected with us because we won't miss any little news about this bombshell title!
