The M1928, commonly referred to as the Thompson or Tommy Gun, is one of the most recognizable weapons in Call of Duty: Vanguard. Not only that, but it's also incredibly strong and offers magazine capacity that no other SMG in Vanguard offers, making it an easy choice for players who want to do long madness in close-up situations. When equipped with the right accessories, the M1928 will be your best friend when you rush into enemy territory.

The combination of the M1928 muffler and the 5,5-inch Chariot barrel is a breeze. These accessories are perfect for an aggressive play style that focuses on rushing your enemies before they can see or hear you. The M1928 muffler lets you keep hiding your location on the map while the 5,5-inch Chariot barrel lets you sneak away from some medium- and long-range kills with ease. In addition, the 5,5 ″ Chariot increases body damage, which is very useful on an SMG.
To maintain your accuracy, there are a few accessories you will need to use to tame the recoil of the M1928. The first is the Ragdoll T2 Support stock which provides +3 recoil control, +3 accuracy, +2 recoil recovery and +2 shock resistance, making the pistol very stable. Also be sure to use the SMLE pistol grip to regain some of that lost sprint at rate of fire, with the added benefit of hip fire accuracy.

Although the optics are very subjective, the Slate Reflector appears to be the ideal optics for close-range weapons and really shines on the M1928. Added with the 100mm Kurz 8 Round Drums, you'll be able to attack and take out tons of enemies before needing to reload. When the time comes, be sure to use Mano's Prestige ability to get back into battle as fast as possible.
The last few accessories help the M1928 get even faster at handling and killing other players. The elongated type of ammunition significantly increases the speed of the projectile while the fabric grip accelerates the handling of the weapon. Make sure you use the kit fully loaded as the M1928 runs out of ammo very quickly.
The rest of your class should focus on speed and ammo. Make sure you run Ghost, Radar and Scavenger to always know where the enemy is without them knowing where you are. It's also a good idea to try flashbangs, especially on close-up maps like Das Haus to blind the enemy while running.
