During Mission 6: Hunting Party, you will eventually be assigned the task of reaching the third floor of a building. The good news is that the building is a hospital and the hospitals contain injured people.

Immediately after entering the hospital, you can find an enemy in a room to the left on a stretcher. The enemy soldier is already badly wounded and bleeding, so bouncing a smoke grenade on the skull is enough to kill the poor boy.
