Guide to the endings

In the game you can get 2 types of endings:

Villain: Use brute force to take out the last boss

Good: Get rid of the final boss without using lethal attacks

Bank or Allison?

If you choose to save Allison you will not be able to complete the bank mission. As soon as possible choose the Alpha answer followed by Omega, Alpha and Beta, you will get a scanner to use against the final boss. 

If you opt for the bank instead, you will not be able to complete Allison's mission. Retrieve the magnetic card you need to use the elevator, then turn the 3 small pillars on the table next to the wall until the pillars of the ceiling are aligned. Take the elevator, go down and open the safe to get an antidote for Orchid poison. 

How to defeat the final boss

You can defeat the final boss in one hit, you will need an EMP grenade or an EMP mine. After he gets hit by the impulse, you can attack him with a melee sneak attack, one hit and you'll send him to the carpet.

How to quickly level up

If you want to get a lot of experience points and then quickly level up, proceed as follows:

1. Go to your apartment in Prague and browse the Smart Home
2. Find the option to open or close everything
3. Escape the bathroom window (you will need Icarus Landing to land smoothly)
4. Go to the apartment and hack the door to earn 100 XP 

You can repeat the procedure as many times as you want.

How to solve the mechanical puzzle

In the game you will come across a particular puzzle consisting of white cubes that you will have to solve to access a secret room and open a safe located inside it. The puzzle is very complex so we report the solution in the following video:

Once solved, you can recover 1 Praxis Kit, the Breach Software, 1 ebook and credits.

Where to find all eBooks

Deux EX Manking Divided has 75 ebooks to be found in order to obtain the achievement or trophy called Tablet Collector. Before releasing you to the video where you can see the exact position of all the ebooks, we would like to tell you that:

• You can run the risk of continuing without taking them and consequently without being able to go back 
• It is not possible to replay the missions or explore the various locations so if you skip an ebook you will have to start all over again 
• When you die any unsaved progress is lost and you will have to retrieve the ebooks again
• From the database menu you can see how many you have recovered

Furthermore, there is a risk of losing some of them:

• You will have to play secondary mission 02 either on the first or second visit to Prague
• Win the debate with Talos Rucker in main mission 07
• After mission 10 you will have to do the robbery and then skip Allison's help 
• In secondary mission 10 you will have to clear both suspects (complete this mission before 13)
• In secondary mission 11 (activated during main mission 14), the two ebooks are recoverable only when the mission is active
