Get around on foot or by motorbike in Days Gone, therefore resorting to the manual guide is to be preferred, as it allows you to better explore the scenario, in order to recover all kinds of materials that could be useful to you.

How to unlock fast travel in Days Gone

In our Days Gone review, we told you about the many and many activities that you can do in the game, some of them located in very distant places, easily reachable with fast travel.

Fast travel is not synonymous with fuel saving, as if you decide to resort to automatic shifting, you will still consume a certain amount of petrol, which is reduced compared to manual travel but still considerable, depending on where you have moved.

Fast travel is not available immediately, and is not unlocked by reaching the various places, but you will have to free the various outposts populated by walkers, consequently burning all the nests in the area, this will drastically reduce the number of walkers and allow you to teleport at the same time in the released place.

So once you have freed a place from wanderers, after having burned the nests, to travel quickly to the aforementioned place, all you have to do is select it from the map, which can be recalled with the touchpad of the Dual Shock 4.

Then move to the place to reach and press the appropriate button to activate fast travel.
