Operation with Flakes for Fortnite's Winterfest 2020 started with new assignments every day and many free rewards, Christmas skins in the shop, modes, planes, weapons and much more.

Operation With Flakes: Lots of news for Fortnite's Christmas 2020

Until January 5, 2021, you will be able to complete new tasks every day and receive exclusive rewards from each of them, including the well-wrapped Surprise Shield decorative back, the Snow Globe Pickaxe Ice Balls, covers, hang gliders and more.

By completing 9 assignments you will receive the exclusive Snow Commando Skin, while completing 12 you will also get the Frost Squad winter style costume. A veteran of a thousand battles, Snow Commando brought with him winter items from his deadly past.

Take to the skies with the Stormwing X-4 custom Snow Commando and, when on the ground, dress up as a snowman with the sneaky Snow Commando, blast freezing cold with freezing grenades and treat yourself to loot with Snow Commando gifts !

Visit the shop daily to buy new Christmas-themed items and get the free Sing Together emote, with which you can create a real choir with other players. Many surprises await you for the Winterfest 2020 in Fortnite.

Visit several Snow Commando outposts

The first assignment simply requires you to visit the 5 outposts on the map, then land on the spot or reach them later, the location is shown in the video below:

Examine Chests at the Snow Commando Outposts

The second assignment requires you to open the chest that you find in the outposts, although it is a rather simple and quick assignment, you may have difficulty completing it due to the many players who go there.

Dance at different party trees

The assignment is very simple, all you have to do is reach 5 Christmas trees and use any emote. You can find trees at the Orchard, Pacific Park, Craggy Cliffs, Holly Hedges and Moli Molesti.

Place yourself in the top 10 with friends on teams

Organize 3 games with friends and rank among the top 10 players to complete the Assignment. You can also fill the team with random players, as long as there is at least one friend in the team.

Destroy Nutcracker statues

The job requires you to destroy 5 nutcracker statues, you can find them outside the houses in the various locations. In the video below we show you their position.

Travel 5000 meters in the Stormwing X-4

Go down to one of the outposts that we show you in the video and take a Stormwing X-4, after which you travel 5000 meters. Maybe make sure you bring a friend with you with jerry cans.

Take down enemy structures with X4 Stormwings

Just take an X4-Stormwings and use it to take down the opposing structures, opening fire on them.

Collect gold bars

You can get bars either from chests in shops or by destroying beds and other furniture, or by killing players and opening chests, the choice is yours.

Capture a Snowy Flopper

The new snow-covered Flopper can be found everywhere, if you are lucky you will fish it at the first attempt, especially in the area of Misty moors.

Revive a teammate in different games

Just play with a friend in the Battle Royale modes, then pick him up again as soon as your friend is on the ground. If you want to speed up the completion of the task, you can create a ramp and tell your friend to jump down.

Hide inside a sneaky Snow Commando in different games

You can find the snowman everywhere, just hide inside it in 3 different games and that's it.

Play in pairs / teams with friends

Find someone with whom to play the required number of matches in pairs or teams.

Inflict damage with lever action rifle

In this assignment, all you have to do is inflict damage on players using the lever-action shotgun as a weapon, introduced in the game with Season 5. You can do it in any mode.

Rekindle a fire

The last assignment simply requires you to rekindle 2 bonfires of your choice. Then approach a bonfire and interact with it using the wood available. I recommend doing it in Team Brawl.
