How to catch Regigigas in Pokemon Sword and Shield, locations and stats

In this guide, we will show you how to find Regigigas in the Pokemon Sword and Shield Crown Tundra DLC and what stats and abilities it comes with.

Pokemon Sword and Shield Regigigas

The Crown Tundra DLC brings the Regi Titans back to Pokemon Sword and Shield (including two new Regi!). One of the returning Regis is Regigigas, which is a powerful, legendary Normal-type Pokemon.

How to catch Regigigas

Before you can catch a Regigigas, you must have all five Pokemon Regi Titan already in your party. This means that you will need to get a Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Regieleki and Regidrago.

You will receive the first three Regis from their respective temples during the Crown Tundra story quest game.

When you enter the fourth temple, you will have to choose between the Regieleki and the Regidrago. This means you can only get four Regi through the temples.

To get the final Regi, you will need to exchange it with someone else or have a second copy of the game and trade it with yourself.

When you get your hands on all five Regis, get them all in your party and then head to Giant's Bed. You must find a special raid lair here that will lead you to the Regigigas.

There are four rocks surrounding this raid den, so it shouldn't be that hard to find.

Once found, interact with the raid lair and answer yes when it asks if you want to check it out.

You will then be transported to another location where you will fight a level 100 Regigiga Dynamaxed.

If you manage to defeat the Regigigas, you will be able to catch it no matter which Pokeball you use.

How to make Regigigas evolve

Strengths and weaknesses

Since Regigigas is a Normal-type Pokemon, it isn't particularly strong against any other type.

It is weak against Fighting types. This means they will take double the damage from them.
