Resident Evil 6 HD will run at 60fps and 1080p

A big Game Patch expected by Capcom to mid-December will bring some important news in Resident Evil 6. The third-person action horror will in fact benefit from some important new features:

- Free activation of content already on the game media: a new extreme difficulty level and Ada Wong's cooperative campaign.

- A new option for the FOV (field of view): it will be possible in fact set the camera no longer just behind the back of the protagonist, but also in such a way as to frame a larger game space by moving away the telecara itself. This will pay off a little in terms of spectacularity in the twists, but it will earn well as regards the usability of the protagonist's movements.

Resident Evil 6 - Ada Wong's mission details!

As announced recently, Ada Wong will be a playable character with a campaign of her own in Resident Evil 6. Ada's single player experience will consist of several new missions and will allow you to experience an additional point of view on the narrative elements of the game.

Ada Wong's campaign will be available once players complete Leon, Chris and Jake's campaigns and as if the playable characters in Resident Evil 6 weren't enough, should anyone have the insane desire to play as a zombie, J-Avo or another mutant creature from C-virus well… the brand new Agent Hunt online mode is for you!

By playing the role of the 'hunter', players will have the opportunity to infiltrate the game sessions of other players with the aim of eliminating human characters. By impersonating these horrid creatures, players will be able to count on new moves and attacks specific to the controlled creature including all the variants given by the mutation in J'Avo.

 

So how does Agent Hunt mode work?

· Complete Leon, Chris or Jake's main campaign to unlock Agent Hunt stages for each of them
When a new game session is launched, the player can choose whether or not to enable Agent Hunt mode
When an aspiring 'hunter' searches for a game session he will then be able to see who are the daredevil players around the world who have agreed to enable this setting
· At this point the 'hunter' will choose the session and can join the game

Only certain levels will be available for Agent Hunt sessions

On the good side there may be a human player with an AI-managed partner or two human players in co-op. Up to two 'hunters' can join the session
· If the 'hunter' kills the agent on duty, the game will end with the 'hunt successful' result screen, where they can join another session if they wish.
· If the agent is eliminated the game session will end as if playing a standard single player session.
· If the 'hunter' leaves before the end of the game, the agent will continue his adventure as normal with enemies managed by the AI.

Resident Evil 6 - New Modes Details!

Microsoft's official site Xbox.com released interesting details about the offline and online modes of Resident Evil 6!

As you can already see from the image of the game card that you can find on the aforementioned site, Offline mode specifics include the ability to play cooperative mode for up to two players, as well as competitive modes.    Dicorsco, on the other hand, is different with regards to the multiplayer sector, which for the first time seems to include one cooperative mode that can accommodate up to 6 players.
