Final Purification 

1. Get to the point where you need to go back to Ashina's castle
2. Climb to the roof for the second time and you will meet the Great Shinobi Owl
3. Talk to the Shinobi and refuse to follow his doctrine

5. Go to the room where Isshun is and overhear the conversation 
6. Rest at the Sculptor's Idol

10. Go left to the tombs and talk to Emma again
11. Overhear the Sculptor's conversation 
12. Return to Emma to receive a bell to use with the Buddha 
13. Go back to the area where you faced the Moth
14. Complete the new Boss Fight

1. Collect the 2 Serpent Fruits (find the first where you defeated the Guardian Monkey and the other in the direction of the Senpou temple, at Mount Kongo)
2. Go visit the Divine Child in the Senpou Temple
3. Give the child the parchment you find in the pond (near the third Idol)
4. Chase the little girl 
5. Talk to the monk 
6. Return to the girl to get Frozen Dragon Tears
7. Face the final boss
8. Give Kuro the tears
