Shenhe Ascension Feats, Skills and Materials - Genshin Impact

Shenhe is a new set of playable characters to be released in Genshin Impact during its update to version 2.4. Shenhe is a unique character who comes from a long lineage of exorcists and is the esteemed disciple of Cloud Retainer.

Shenhe is a Cryo character, designed as a support character that augments other Cryo characters. As a result, she will likely be paired with characters like Ganyu or Ayaka on the freezing squads to significantly increase their damage.

Note, information for Shenhe is currently available via the game's beta test. As a result, some of the following information is subject to change during the official release of version 2.4. This post will be updated accordingly if any changes are made.

attacks

• Normal attack: Performs up to five consecutive spear strikes.
• Charged Attack: It consumes a certain amount of stamina to lunge forward, dealing damage to opponents along the way.
• Swoop Attack: It dives in midair to hit the ground below, damaging opponents along the way and dealing area DMG on impact.

Elemental Skill

• Summoning the Spring Spirit: The frozen dew, silvery and thick, will exorcise all demons. Grants all nearby party members the Icy Quill effect and inflicts Cryo DMG in different ways depending on whether it is pressed or held.
• Click: He rushes forward along with a Talisman Spirit, inflicting Cryo DMG on opponents along the way.
• Jack: Order the spirit of the talisman to deal cryo damage.
• Frozen Pen: When normal, charge, or swoop attacks, elemental abilities, and elemental explosions inflict Cryo DMG on opponents, the DMG dealt increases based on Shenhe's current ATK.
• The Icy Quill effect will be canceled once its duration has expired or after a certain number of batteries have been used up. Holding down instead of pressing ensures longer life and more batteries. When an instance of Cryo DMG hits multiple opponents, the attacks will be consumed based on the number of opponents hit. Icy Quill effects and stacks on each party member will be consumed independently.

Elemental Explosion

• The liberation of the Divine Maiden: Unleash the power of the Talisman Spirit, allowing it to roam freely on this plane, inflicting AoE Cryo DMG. The Talisman Spirit then creates a field that reduces the Cryo RES and Physical RES of the opponents within it. Additionally, he periodically inflicts Cryo DMG to all opponents within the court.

Passive talents

• Divine embrace: An active character within the field created by Divine Maiden's Deliverance gains a 10% Cryo DMG bonus.
• Seal of spiritual communion: After Shenhe uses the summoning of the spring spirit, he will grant all nearby party members the following effects:
  • Click: Elemental Ability DMG and Elemental Blast increased by 15% for 10 seconds.
  • Hold: DMG of normal, charged, and submerged attacks increased by 15% for 15 seconds.
• Precise comings and goings: Gets 25% more rewards when sent on a Liyue expedition that takes more than 20 hours.

Constellation 1: Clarity of the Heart	The Summons of the Spring Spirit can be used once more.
Constellation 2: Spirit centered	Divine Maiden's release lasts 6 seconds longer. Characters active in the skill field deal a 15% CRIO CRIT DMG increase.
Constellation 3: Isolation	Increases the level of Spring Spirit Summoning by 3. The maximum boost level is 15.
Constellation 4: Intuition	When characters under the effect of Shenhe's Icy Quill activate its Bonus DMG effects, Shenhe will get a Skyfrost Mantra stack: When Shenhe uses Spirit Spring Summoning, it will consume all stacks of Skyfrost Mantra, increasing that Spring Spirit Summoning's DMG by 5% for each stack consumed. Maximum 50 stacks. The batteries last 60 seconds.
Constellation 5: Divine Realization	Increases the Divine Maiden's Liberation level by 3. The maximum enhancement level is 15.
Constellation 6: Mystical Surrender	When characters activate Icy Quill's effects using Normal and Charged Attack DMGs, no Icy Quill stacks will be used.

Materials for Ascension

To get Shenhe to 90, you'll need x168 Qingxin, x18 Whopperflower Nectar, x30 Shimmering Nectar, x36 Energy Nectar, x7.1 million Mora, and x421 Hero's Wits.

You will also need x1 Shivada Jade Silver, x9 Shivada Jade Fragment, x9 Shivada Jade Chunk, and x6 Shivada Jade Gemstone. You will also need x46 of a brand new boss item (to upgrade).
