What is the best build for Arataki Itto in Genshin Impact?

Arataki Itto is a new 5-star Geo Claymore character that works primarily as the main DPS. However, building this character is a rather unique challenge, due to the way scaling of him works. While most DPS characters want to rack up high amounts of Attack, Itto wants to rack up a high amount of DEF.
