Yougou Cleaning Guide - Genshin Impact

Yougou Cleansing is the latest step in a long series of missions in Genshin Impact that see the player work to help a mysterious lady with a Kitsune mask to expel the frozen evil that has accumulated in the world.

Players will need to have completed the Strange Story missions in Konda, Sacrificial Offering and Cleansing Defilement to get this mission. It will involve a boss fight, so make sure you run a quality fight team with solid healing.

The first thing you will need to do is reach the well in the village of Konda and go down again to the cave below. Head into the main room and talk to Kazari, Mrs. Kitsune.

After that, you will need to make your way to Mt. you. You can find Kazari about halfway up the western side, so talk to her one more time and she'll take you to a cave below. Get off there and grab the first Thunder Sakura Bough you see. It's dangerous down here and the environment will constantly harm you.

You will need to keep the healing flowing or keep your buff from Thunder Sakura Bough high, depending on your style. Underneath a central enemy called a tumor there will be a mini-boss that you will have to fight. When he is dead, a pattern will appear that you have to recreate on the lanterns.

You have to follow this pattern three times in total, first fighting the miniboss, then recreating the pattern, then damaging the tumor. The first two models are simple, as they are just unbroken lines that don't cross, moving from one lantern to another. The last scheme consists of setting the first two flags on the left and right on two points and the last two flags at the back of the room on three points.

That's all there is to it, and this will mainly boil down to your ability to tank and heal the damage that will come your way, as the tumor is tough and produces fairly consistent damage, even while you're battling other things.
