I know a lot of people out there who want to get that 100 percent completions, especially in Call of Duty Campaigns. If you want to get the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare "Got Something On Your Face" achievement, you'll have to spit in Barkov's face.

Like many successes in games, how to do it is not explained. But it's easy enough to do. During Mission 11: Prisoner, you will be taken as a prisoner. Your goal will be to survive the interrogations, which don't seem pleasant.

Barkov will start talking because people always feel the need to talk before opening the pliers and four dialogue options will appear on the screen. Instead of choosing one, press the right stick on the controller. You have to do this pretty quickly, and that will make your character spit right in Barkov's face.
