Legendary Pokemon are in a league of their own in the Pokemon world. That's why they can be a little hard to find in Pokemon Shining Diamond and Shining Pearl. In this Pokemon BDSP guide, we will tell you everything you need to know about the legendary Pokemon Heatran, its location and how to catch it.
Location Pokemon BDSP Heatran
Heatran is a Legendary Pokémon from Volcanic Abode in Pokémon BDSP. Heatran has only one spawn location, and this is the interior of Stark Mountain on an island in the northeast.
But you can't just go to the mountains and find Heatran in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. There is some boring work involved.
How to catch Heatran
You need to enter Stark Mountain and meet Buck, but first you'll need to maneuver around all the boulders in the first room.
How to solve the Stark Mountain Boulder puzzle
First, you'll need to use your HM force to move a boulder down a flight of stairs. Then you will find a series of three boulders blocking your path, push the top and bottom ones forward once, then push the middle one up or down to clear your path.
Continue and smash or roll any remaining rocks or boulders in your way. Finally, go up the stairs to the next room.
Here Buck is waiting for you. You have to join him for a series of double battles across the room.
Finally, the last flight of stairs takes you to the central room where Buck will steam the igneous stone. Now you need to get out of the mountain and head to the survival area. He is advised to use the escape rope.
Go talk to Buck's grandfather and he will tell Buck to put the magma back. Now repeat all of the above to return to the main room and Heatran will be waiting for you there.
