Resident Evil Revelations 1 and 2: Launch Trailer for Switch Versions

Resident Evil Revelations 1 and 2 are finally available also on Nintendo Switch and Capcom has decided to celebrate the double release by sharing the launch trailer of the two titles.

Resident Evil Revelations debuted in 2012 on Nintendo 3DS, and then landed in a remastered version also on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, WiiU and PC and later also on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Resident Evil Revelations 1 and 2: Uncover performance on Switch

Resident Evil: Revelations - new release date on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One

As communicated by Capcom via the official Resident Evil Twitter profile, a new release date for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Resident Evil: Revelations.

The port of survival horror was expected on the two next-gen consoles on August 31, 2017, but its release will be anticipated by two days: new publication date set for August 29th, 2017. Resident Evil: Revelations will arrive in August on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One

Resident Evil Revelations announced for PS4 and Xbox One

Resident Evil Revelations was initially released in 2012 only on Nintendo 3DS. Then a port was made on PC and then later also on PS3 and Xbox 360. Now Capcom announces another one on PS4 e Xbox One. Resident Evil Revelations 2 will come out on PlayStation Vita, in full format, next August 18th.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2, the PC patch for the Raid Mode has arrived

It is one of the controversies that accompanied the release of Resident Evil: Revelations 2: the absence of the Online Raid Mode in PC versions.

The developers had promised to make one patch and they kept their word. Since they have been busy releasing all the chapters of the game on a regular basis, now that the last one is out, they have been able to apply the patch that arrived today on all PCs. Resident Evil: Revelations 2, offline co-op doesn't work on PC

Resident Evil Revelations was released in 2012 on Nintendo 3DS and in May it also arrived on Wii U, PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 with some success. A sequel is quite possible, however the poster has something strange, the logo for example is not particularly convincing. In any case, we are waiting for a confirmation or a denial from Capcom, remember that in recent weeks an alleged Resident Evil 7 poster had also appeared on the net which then turned out to be absolutely false.

Resident Evil Revelations HD, demo available for everyone

Resident Evil: Revelations - Strategy Guide and OST Coming Soon

Capcom today announced the release of a strategy guide and the official Resident Evil: Revelations OST - almost 200 pages and 70 songs!

 

 

The strategic guide, which will cost 1.365 Yen (about € 14) it will consist of 192 pages which will allow the player to have aids on storyline and cooperative mode called RAID. Also the guide will also present several unpublished artwork of the game and therefore never shown to the public until today. The soundtrack will instead be divided into three different CDs and will contain a total of 66 tracks, with the third CD which will contain as bonus also some audio tracks from The Mercenaries 3D. The soundtrack will cost 3.990 Yen (about 40 €) and also like the official guide, it was currently announced for Japanese territory only. The hope is that both will also arrive in Europe and to find out we just have to wait a little less than a month!

 

Resident Evil: Revelations - The multiplayer after the single player

The latest news just baked on Resident Evil: Revelations it will not make players happy, it seems in fact that the multiplayer compartment will be locked until the single player adventure is completed.

 

 

That's right… within RE: Revelations the two-player cooperative mode called RAID, a modality that will be available - according to the latest rumors - only after completing the entire storyline of the single player game. This is not an official news, but the sources that report it are various and all very reliable. If so, the choice made by Capcom would be decidedly unclear and will certainly trigger very soon gripes from fans.

So we just have to wait for an official communication from Capcom about all this and hope that it is not necessary to complete a storyline of eight hours or so to unlock a multiplayer mode with which to spend time with a friend.
